I am saddened to learn of Art Gerbec's death.  He was friend in High School and afterward.  He was a great track teammate and terrific runner.  Once my family doctor asked if I knew him and said what a healthy-looking specimen he was.  I agreed.  When he would get tired in a race, he tended to gallop.  I have good memories of you, Art.  Somehow you sometimes went by Bill.  I don't know why.  I bet you died with a smile.

Hi Diane, I see you are a Feldenkrais practitioner. I had never heard of it, but just Googled and I see that it might be related to yoga. I am a personal trainer, and am presently hosting what I call yoga-inspired fitness classes on the web. If you care to, please contact me. I am curious about your experience with your practice.

This sign describes the 18 stations of the Exercise Trail at the Turkey Creek Sanctuary in Palm Bay, Florida. This park with this trail and a mile and a half of boardwalk are my second home here.

Regarding my web fitness class starting the first week in January, 2022-
I have been an N.S.C.A. Certified Personal Trainer since 2012. I taught fitness, yoga, and spin classes at Florida Institute of Technology in Palm Bay, Florida. I'm attempting to start a web fitness class starting the first week in January, 2022. At 74 I'm still quite fit, although I'm not riding my bicycle as much as I used to. I like body weight and resistance work, with seniors mostly, although I still like to work with former athletes who wish to regain their fitness. I usually start sessions focusing on core and back health and strengthening. I prefer exercising outdoors in Florida, although also work indoors. For info on this and future classes on Zoom or in person please contact me. Thanks!

June if you and Geoff select one of these times, perhaps you or another of our Floridians could take up the challenge of gathering email addresses and sending out invitations. Sorry I can't take up this challenge right now but I would love to come if it works.
