Thomas was born on December 1, 1947 and passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2019.
Thomas was a resident of Hendersonville, Tennessee at the time of passing.
Visitation will begin at 1:00PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Tom's name can be made to the ALS Foundation, Tennessee Chapter at webtn.alsa.org.

Tom and I became very close over the last few years and we met a few times in Ft Lauderdale on vacation and Hendersonville and text weekly. ALS is a terrible disease and Tom and his wife Sandy fought to the end. He was a great guy and will be missed. He went to 39 Daytona 500's and had his wife buy the 40th ticket even though he knew he wasn't going.
