Art and I shared many life experiences. We traveled USA for 6 months at the age of 20. We got drafted the same day in the Army and spent basic training together at Fort Dix.
Art was a gifted computer programmer. He was ahead of his time. In the 80's on a Vic-64 he wrote a monopoly program. Today that be considered to be an APP. Being a programmer myself, trust me it was amazing accomplishment because of small memory.
He loved to play the guitar. Many of us at night go to Sherkston Beach and sing Beatle songs with Art on his guitar.

This comment is a little late. Sorry Art. Art and his dad Art Sr. were mainstays of Boy Scout Troop 146, based in Sheridan Parkside in the late 50s and early 60s. Troop 146 at that time was a magical and unique group of boys and young dads who paved a way to success for many of its members, with 5-mile hikes, weekend camp- outs and week-long summer camps, all deeply formative and enjoyable. Art and his Dad were instrumental in making it all possible. Thank you. In later years, Art and I connected again, mainly by email. He made it clear he had no hard feelings about my opposition to the Vietnam War when he communicated in the interest of helping out mutual friends and classmates who were having difficulties. He was always concerned about others. I won't forget his generous and forgiving spirit. Bill
