McMillan , Ian R. McMillan, age 65 of Trumbull died of a heart attack on Saturday, September 1, 2012 in his home. He was the beloved husband of Jean Rabinow, father of Andrew McMillan and brother of Sue McMillan. Ian was an attorney in private practice. He enjoyed serving in Trumbull Rotary, Trumbull Challenger Little League, Friends of the Trumbull Library and was an early member of Trumbull Loves Children. He recently completed 12 years of service on the Trumbull Board of Assessment Appeals. Friends may greet his family on Thursday 5:00pm - 7:00pm in the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull with a Memorial service beginning at 7pm. In lieu of flowers please make a contribution in his memory to the Rotary Club of Trumbull or the Rotary Foundation, P.O. Box 283, Trumbull, CT 06611.

I remember him as a very bright and soft spoken person....I was not surprised to see that he went on to become a lawyer....65 is way too young...

Ian was a friend at both KW and UB. I hoped to connect with him at our reunion and was dissapointed that he was among the missing. I began a search for him and discovered that like so many of our classmates he had passed on. May he rest in peace.
