I was so sad to hear of Lynn's passing-as athletes at Hoover Jr we always had such fun competing in all kinds of sports and couldn't wait to get our GAA patches! She was such a good athlete and always a great teammate! Jan MacDermot Hartman

I met Lynn in fourth grade at Hoover. She lived just up the street from me on Traverse. My fondest memories were of spending our summer days at Delaware Pool. Lynn was a beautiful diver and dove off the platform as well as the springbord. Lynn was a good friend all through Elementary, Junior High and high school. She'll be missed. Fly high, Lynn!

I am so heartsick over the passing of Lynnie she was such a wonderful friend and I was a better person because of Lynn, also a braver person, sometimes naughtier too. My Mom and Dad considered her part of our family and adored her. Every school morning her Dad dropped her off at my house and she had coffee with my Dad and I. Then through hail, sleet, rain or snow, we made our way to school, often picking up others en route. We formed a happy, chatty, silly group of walkers  She was a loyal friend who was with me through tough times and good times.  I loved her dearly, treasured her always. She was the best!  In my heart, her memory will always be held close.

This really hurts.
